Participation in the business analysis and in the customizing of SAP Finance.

 

Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance architecture for a fund center

Project management for the integration of a newly acquired foreign entity into the group of a major German stock exchange. Responsible for setting up the new IT architecture, IT infrastructure, information security, design and implementation of the complete enterprise IT architecture based on S/4 HANA Finance (customer administration, accounting, controlling, treasury and related interfaces to a fund platform as well as payment transaction connectivity) of the new corporate entity.

Departmental support following the introduction of S/4 HANA Finance (accounting, controlling, accounts payable / receivable, payment processing). Support with the topics of process optimization and automation, the processes taken over with the acquisition of a fund platform.

 

SAP S/4 and BW/4 HANA implementation in the insurance industry

External project lead for the German division in a Swiss insurance group for a SAP S/4 and BW/4 HANA implementation of the SAP modules Finance, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement and Sales & Distribution. Project coordination with the parent company as well as participation in requirements management and architecture. Coaching of internal and external project staff.

 

IFRS 9/17 implementations in the insurance industry with SAP S/4 HANA

Project management for an IFRS 9/17 implementation as part of an SAP upgrade to an S/4 HANA platform at an insurance subsidiary in Germany. Support in the area of investment reporting - requirements analysis and specification in the context of IFRS 9/17 implementation with SAP S/4 HANA Business Warehouse at a Swiss insurance company.

 

Implementation of a bank-wide bank controlling with SAP S/4 HANA

Support in the area of SAP S/4 BW during the implementation of a bank-wide controlling / MIS at a German state bank. Focus is the implementation of a cost controlling and a contribution margin accounting.

 

Integration of new companies in Enterprise Management

External project management and functional responsibility for the connection and merger of several Austrian subsidiaries of a Liechtenstein banking group into the existing SAP Enterprise Management environment. Connection to the syndeo AS interfaces to the operational banking system Avaloq and Tambas as well as integration of the data budget into the existing Group Reporting of the bank.
