ILV allocation / PBR (SAP CO), Profitability Analysis (SAP CO-PA, SEM-PA), Management Information Systems (SAP BI / BO), Strategic and Operational Planning, Accounting Local Gaap / IFRS with SAP Bank Analyzer, Operational Backoffice Systems at Banks (Loans, Account, Money / FX, Derivatives), Compliance (MIFID II)

  • IT / Digitalization / Software Assessment / Design: Creation of IT architectures as well as integration topics, including for digital IT solutions such as digital onboarding, payments, workbenches, conducting software assessments, contributing to the development of software specifications in enterprise management, compliance, regulations, digitalization, crypto business, blockchain and digital assets

  • Leadership / team management / acquisition:

  • Establishment and expansion of various consulting teams with personnel and acquisition responsibilities as well as management of own consulting company syndeo as Managing Director. Various roles in board of directors and executive committees, leadership and management of project teams and personnel in the line at customers
