IT / Digitalization / Software Assessment / Design: Creation of IT architectures as well as integration topics, including for digital IT solutions such as digital onboarding, payments, workbenches, conducting software assessments, contributing to the development of software specifications in enterprise management, compliance, regulations, digitalization, crypto business, blockchain and digital assets
Leadership / team management / acquisition:
Establishment and expansion of various consulting teams with personnel and acquisition responsibilities as well as management of own consulting company syndeo as Managing Director.
