  • Leadership and management of project teams and personnel in projects and in the line as well as participation in the design of management processes. Supporting organizational adjustments and their IT implementation, incl. change management and adjustment of internal bank processes for group companies with several banks. Process topics in connection with mergers or spin-offs of business units as well as analysis of system architectures and implementation strategies.

  • Accounting & Controlling:
  • Business analysis in the CFO area for banks, insurance companies and financial service providers. Technical consulting on various topics in finance & controlling (for example, preparation of budgets or support with monthly and annual financial statements using Swiss GAAP FER, Swiss GAAP FER26, IFRS, HRM2, among others).

  • SAP R/3 and S/4 HANA experience as well as other IT systems:
  • Design and customizing: financial accounting (multiple ledgers) incl. accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, consolidation, controlling (profit center, cost center, activity and order accounting as well as activity-based costing), profitability analysis and management information systems.
  •  
  • IT / Integration:
  • Creation of business architectures in the finance environment (functional and technical), development of software specifications and technical implementation of functional requirements in the finance and controlling area. Interface mapping and integration with operational systems (including Avaloq), migrations, testing and go-live support in the finance environment.
